personally, i don't see it. honestly, i think people were pissy about england losing and now they're hating on portugal's star player.

^ He does dive etc, but don't all players. All players pretty much feign injury for a free kick or penelty .. it's just the way it is.

I hate how they are using him as a scapegoat. He didn't make Rooney stamp on Carvalho's groin .. it was Rooney, if you watch when it happened I could see that Cristiano was pointing at Carvalho and telling the ref it was foul. It's not like he made Rooney get sent off .. anyway Rooney raised his arms to push Ronaldo away .. and it's banned in the game.

So I blame Rooney -- They just want someone to use as a scapegoat and unfortunately it's Cristiano Ronaldo.

Diving is in the game, if you wanna dig deeper, im sure they'll be tons more of other players. But Radhika is absolutely right, they just need an excuse to express their anger, and they dont want to blame/discourage the England team.
