Haha. Takeru Kobayashi eats 53.75 hot dogs in 12 minutes, winning the 90th annual Nathans Hot dog contest. Although, Joey Chestnut(San Jose Resident) comes close at 52 hot dogs.

i was watching it before. while it is amazing that one person can eat so much in one sitting, it's appalling to think that people actually enjoy this contest and treat it like some sport (it was on espn).

there are people starving all over the world and every year, these people stuff themselves till they're sick for fun.

i was watching it with my father. he was laughing saw hard at the people at the end of the contest. they looked like they were in pain.

most do prepare some how (how do you prepare to eat?!?!) so they aren't going to blow chunks. i'm guessing most will have indigestion for the next day or two.

on true life it said that foods like lettuce expand your stomach. also many of the other competive eaters would exericise and practice tons!

i like cheese dogs, they're good. i just had them at the beach today. mmm.
