First of all, you find a medium picture of a gray person.
Cut it into multiple equal squares *(medium)

Get a blank paper. (construction paper)
Cut it into a multiple equal squares *(BIG SIZE)
Use a "drawing pencil"
For every "picture square", draw a matching picture on a "blank square".
Color, shade, fade, blur, smear, swift, and contrast.

After you're done, get 2 black construction paper. (Blank, recommended)
You connect the entire “picture square" on the blank construction paper
Leave about 2 inch gap for every side.

Do the same thing with the "color box".

Compare both of the artwork.

Fix and shade to improve the image.

----------

Seriously, it’s actually fun.

The main point is to duplicate a medium picture with an enlarged-size (gray) picture. You do whatever you can to improve the looks of the image. You can even be creative with shading, smearing, and sifting of a duplicated picture.

i love to do pottery. painting's not really my thing...i actually suck at it. pinch.gif the most i could do was those "paint by numbers" things when i was 5. laugh.gif i love sketching, though. manga's my favorite thing to draw.

I've only done sketches, chalks, and clay. Basically all I did in my middle school art classes D:

I used to sketches all the time when I was little. Not so much anymore. I also did Chinese painting a while back. I took that class on saturdays for a couple of years, and I thought I was pretty damned good. Then, my chinese/writing/math classes on saturdays got in the way of it. So, I had to quit. :O I miss it.

I also did Chinese knotting or whatever, but that was only for a year or two. I only remember how to do one thing. -.-" You know, those firecracker knot things...
annalucky
I've only done sketches, oil pastels, color pastels, water color, stippling, color pencil...and some other stuff but I don't qujite remember.

I'm trying to get into oil painting. My mom doesn't want me to because my whole room is carpeted <__< and there's no extra room to do so
Saeglopur
I like to sketch.. but that's pretty much it.
I'm quite shy about my sketches.
Freaky Krazer
^haha same here. My mom gets irritated when I don't show her.

Sometimes I'll sketch anime. XD.gif I keep that one on the DL though. ;]
Freaky Krazer
^Omg I love coloring anime sketches in. They end up being really beautiful. (even though it takes forever, it's worth it).

I've done all kinds of things thanks to art classes and the such.

The kinds of art that I've actually been dedicated in would be sketching/drawing, and photography.

I think that's pretty much it.

I'll add more once I remember what I have done.

I do a lot of sculpture work with both clay and granite. More on the abstract side, but not random. I love oil and acrylic. Again, I mix portraits with more abstract undertones. I love to play around with water colors and pastels as well. I'm horrible at sketching though. Pencil shading just isn't me thing.

I've dabbled in painting. Nothing at all resembling, well, anything really. Just abstract shapes and what not. I also like to add random textures. Once I put old sewing patterns onto a wet red and orange canvas and it actually looked really cool. I also like to burn the edges of old looking parchment paper that has poetry written with calligraphy on and stick those on wet surfaces as well.

Abstract
Color Pencil
Sketches
Oil Pastels
Watercolor
Oil Paintings
Acrylic
Photography
Graphic Design

In that order too. I'd have to say that watercolors are the hardest because of the water. Oil paintings (of landscapes) are easy after that, because you can always cover up your mistakes with paint.
