CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME (STEP BY STEP) WITH DOWNLOADING PSP BRUSHES AND GETTTING THEM TO WORK???

Save them
Extract them until you just get the .jbr file or just the .pspbrush file
then go to
FILE-IMPORT-CUSTOM BRUSH
Find the file
and load.
