and like what it entitles

To be on staff?

Uhm, be mature. Help a lot. Uhm, well, last time it was done by nominations from the other mods..so, get noticed. In a good way. Be an outstand citzen, I suppose.

Contribute in a positive way: graphics/layouts if you can, be kind and helpful, don't spam, don't cause unnecessary trouble/drama. You first have to be nominated by a current staff member to be on staff.

Moved to Feedback (since it feels out of place to leave this in the Lounge)

I don't exactly consider all the staff members to be "mature."

If you have specific issues, this place is for you.

Sleep around w/ everyone on myspace staff. ;x

First of all it's going to take a lot more than 44 posts. You need to be extremely active and helpful to even get noticed. Being easy to get along with and staying out of the drama helps too.
