i don't think there is a specific store, but if you have a large chest size, you should try wearing a tankini, it gives you support, but covers all you want covered.

H&M has bikinis that have really good support and regular cup sizes (they go up to DD)

I don't think there really is just one single store for big, saggy-boobed people. You just have to look around. Some things'll look good, others won't.
