Okay, I'm going to be dying my hair purple and pink on the bottom layers, and i want to know if there's a way to bleach hair without buying a bleaching kit.

I know hydrogen peroxide will do it, but I need to know how long and if I should mix it with anything first.

Oh, and my hair is like dark blondish. Yeah.

If it's already dark blondish, then I would say to just go to the store and get the blondest hair dye. Yeah, bleach is bad for your hair ;x

Maybe dye it a bright color like blond..then dye it purple and pink. But bleaching works best eventhough its bad.

blondish dark hair, it may already be light enough for it. My hair use to be a really dark blonde, and i died all the ends red one point in time and then my mom did this multicolor thing.

don't use peroxide, it can make your hair fall out completely if used wrong

use lemon juice and just put it on strans so it looks natural and then go in the sun

If your hair is dark blonde then just dye the colors, it will show. but if not then just buy white blonde hair dye.. it will make the colors more vibrant

the reason it helps to bleach you hair first isnt really that it makes it lighter, but that it makes you hair more porous, and the dye stays in better and will be brighter.

one word: yuck.
