Sorry if there's already a thread like this..
What's th best way to try and get rid of underarm hair?? Shaving sux because it leave behind stubble and causes ingrown hairs, waxing is difficult because of the direction of groeth and only gets rid of
some hairs and it REALLY REALLY hurts. Hair removing lotion burns when I try to use it there and doesn't really work.
Does anyone else have any suggestions?

I shave.
I hate the hair that takes like forever to grab, especially it abraves my skin more.
I avoid wearing tank tops most of the time because I hate the black dots on my underarm, but at least they aren't that visible when I wear short sleeves.

Wax is probably the best bet. For me, anyway. Waxing doesn't hurt for me.

If the hairs are so small you would need a magnifiying glass to pluck them, then why do you really need to have them gone completely?
I shave. I don't have much hair there so for me it works. I don't know about you. You can also pluck, but it is time consuming.
Waxing down there? Ouch!

Shave, though you can get it waxed, but it probably hurts really bad.

i usually just shave, and then deoderant helps smooth it out. maybe you could try using conditioner when you shave, it makes your skin softer, and you shave in the direction of your hair growth.
you could also try threading! my favorite place is ziba: www.zibabeauty.com

Laser hair removal if you've got the time and money. I personally use Veet Rapid Action Hair Removal Lotion and I think it works wonders, party because I don't really have any hair on my pits to begin with. Normally, I just pluck a stray hair whenever...
BTW, Veet is actually a miracle unless you have skin sensitivity. In fact, my skin is very sensitive however, I always get fast acting results. Maybe you guys just have a lot of hair, that's why it's not working?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sugaring_%28epilation%29That's really interesting. There's even a recipe for it. I've never tried sugaring, but since waxing there was a horrible experience and shaving is a pain, I might just try this.

I just shave.
I didn't know there was another way to get rid of underarm hair besides shaving.
And I heard that Veet sucks on legs, so, I don't see how it would be any good on underarm hair.

I wax and then pluck the remaining hairs. Plucking doesn't hurt as bad after you've waxed. Probably because your nerves are so dead after the waxing,
