ok i know some people think that a guy is supposed to make the first move in asking a girl out...i do believe that too. but do guys prefer the girls to make the first move?

most guys like it! it takes the stress off of them!

most guys that I talk to say they wish girls would make the first move, it gives them a chance to go out with a girl without doing the hard job and it shows that the girl is confident enough in herself to put her in a position to possibly fall on her a$$

Lemme make this clear. Once a girl makes a move, the guy automatically assumes either the girl is easy or the girl is really feeling him. It all depends on who the guy is. When a guy does the same thing, the girl usually thinks he really likes her. I'd rather have the guy do it is that's the case.

definately, guys like the girls to do the first move. for example: at our school dance, this guy whom i've known for a long time and i like, i was all nervous about asking him to dance. so i finally did, and the first thing he said to me, right in my eyes was "i've been waiting for you to ask me." **dreamy sigh** so the point is, yes u should ask him first. =]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]

u cant ask such a question. it depends on every single guy. and put urself in the same position.. if a guy u like asks u out - youll be happy. if a guy you dont like asks you out - its awkward.

a lot of my exes and my current boyyfriend said that they think its sexy when the girl makes the first move..and it takes a lot of pressure off of them too haha

i say if the girl askesthe guy out she's just desperate, either she is impatient or needs someone... cause if the guy like her enough obviously he would ask her, even if he's shy he'll overcome that if she means that much to him...
