Why are so many people against interracial relationships? Personally, I don't see anything wrong with that. People need to lighten up

Well, I don't see anything wrong with it either. I don't think it's so much that people are against them, in the sense that they are going all out to stop them, but more of that it is just still not as accepted by people.

I'm not against it at all. My grandma is, though. She just about killed me once during high school..

This guy & I were talkin, chillin, and I was telling him some stories ... I was like "I want to go out with this fine looking brazilian girl omfg" .. and he's like, "Your asian, stick to going out with asian girls" ..

Right after I heard that, I got mad pissed, (racist motherf**ker), grabbed out my pocket knife and stabbed him, then stomped on him .. I had to get suspended for 1 week out-school .. People who are against them can seriously lick my balls.

Well, I understand your frustration, but I feel that there are better ways to deal with people like him. Stabbing him and then stomping on him wouldn't get your point across to him, anyway. :x

But I personally wouldn't date a black guy. Just because my dad would kill the guy and also i got asked out by one and I started laughing. I thought they were joking though.

Most of the time I don't even like asian guys. It's mostly because asian guys don't like me? I'm not too sure about it but yeah. Haha. My famiy (mom, grandma, uncle) aren't really happy about that but they can't really do anything.

it's natural. it's base on human moral and tolerance. we're naturally shallow and ... sometimes people need to be open minded ... or lighten up ;]

I know so many people that are against interracial relationships. I myself am involved in an interracial relationship. My girlfriend is Italian and I am S. Asian. My parents and her parents do not agree with us being together as well as many other people that we know personally, but honestly we could careless. No one has the right to tell you that the color of your skin or the place you were born restricts you from who you want to fall in love with.

Well I'm in an interracial relationship also, filipino and black. I see nothing wrong with it, get to learn different cultures and stuff. I see your point people just don't want to accpet different races yet, they're still stuck in the past and they need to move on. Anyways back to what the topic really is. My bf is black and I'm white and tons of people have told me that we dont match. Why? just cause we dont. They're just embarrased to say the truth.

In most places, most couples are interracial. Its what keeps society up and going. If anybody has a problem with that they can just ignore it. Cause if you say something, you're gonna get in trouble. Or take the elevator to hell i dont really care
