I doubt there is a good way, but I would say to her

Oh no if you say it's me not you..most ppl automaticly think "oh god it's me" so don't say that cus it's such a cliché. Tell the truth, that's always appreciated..after awhile atleast. Or just say "it's not working out for me" or if you wanne be nice and all "You deserve way better". idk there are alot of ways but no good reason. "It's over" is also used very often..idk think it depends
