Definitly, everyone needs it. I went for one year and then had to drop out for personal reasons but I will be going back next semester.

Yes, if I can maintain my grade, since now I am in the top 10% of the entire freshmen grade.
I'm going to a musicians' college. I dunno which one, though. Hm. >__>

It doesn't matter how dumb you are... there are always colleges that will take you. It's called "open admission"
