okay so lately for some odd reason everytime i try to submit something like either to report a post or like just now i tried to submit a layout, i get a pop up that says would you like to save or open submit.php or something else. And no matter what I do it doesnt work. And I don't know if like my submission went thru. Am I the only one? ( i feel that way a lot)

Hm. Well, I can't honestly say that I've experienced the problem, so I'm not quite sure what to suggest at this point for you.

Strange, I'm not sure either.. But I just checked, I don't see your layout submission anywhere, so you might try again now and see if it works.
