So my friend is going abroad this summer. Though she looks fine up to etc, her legs are quite big. Her thighs and calves are the main problem, and she doesn't want to wear dresses or bikini's, as she's embarassed about the state of her legs.
She's not big, she's a size 6-8 bottom half, so she feels odd having big legs and being only a slight girl.
So I was just wondering, do you know anyway she can slim down her legs?
Thanks =]

I always thought excersise makes them bigger, in a muscular sort of way =S
Perhaps biking will help, or the other excersises suggested above.

babybloo is right, growing taller does make your legs skinnier but that isn't exactly something you can just decide to do.
i don't know how the exercise would be on her but truthfully, with biking and jogging, the gained muscle mass as opposed to a loss of fat might actually make her legs appear even BIGGER--just with muscle.
i think the safest solution is dieting.
the body fat areas are all directly proportionate to your body fat percentage so if you diet, you'll lose fat not just on the legs but also everywhere else. which is why people who want a six pack mostly diet because that lowers your entire body fat %. it's the same with your legs.
