I have some massive bruises on my legs from playing soccer, and I need to get rid of them before the end of school year dance, because my dress is short and shows off my legs. My mom told me not to put make up on them or they will look worse. Is this true? And is there anything I can do to make the bruises go away fast??? sad.gif

I would think it'd be okay to put make up on it, unless you have a type of allergic reaction.

If the bruise is recent put ice on it.
You could apply Arnika Gel to it to help it heal.
& make sure you eat plenty of fruits and vegetables.

Have fun at the dance! thumbsup.gif

I use Bengay for bruises too. But it might take a while to disappear though.

okay this is gonna sound messed up but toothpaste works. Just leave it on for a little bit but dont do it more than once a day because im not sure how it works.
blurrr
im not positive if this is true..someone told me about this... if u rub a comb over it it makes it go away cuz the bruise is blood vessels all together and the comb spreads them apart

i heard it works on hickeys, so it should work on bruises...

pantie hose?
or try using make-up first and see if it looks worse. then if it doesn't then you don't have to worry about anything.

i never got a massive bruise before, but if it was me i would use make-up.

im not sure if this works ..

but ive heard that for hickeys if you place the negative side of a AA battery it will take it off instantly so i guess you could try that for your bruises since its the same as hickeys.

I use that epsom (sp?) salt and it gets rid of them in like 2 days
