do some crunches.
those work legs as well
and your abs.
also do some squats.. lunges, & pil`e squats.
if you don't k now what those are
tell me i'll explian them
you also need to do about a 30-40 min cardio workout.
riding a bike, walking, running.
anything really.
like that.
5 min work out
30 min of starting out easy from working out to going as hard as you can..
and then 5 min cool down
the first 4 things work
believe me i hate my legs too
Editpil`e squat -
Stand with your feet wider than hip-width apart, toes and knees turned out. Hands of hips. Contract abs to support lower back in neutral positon, rib cage lifted, shoulders relaxed. Press down through your heels as you bend both legs. Keeping your knees in line with your feet Squat down as far as you can without letting your hips rock forward or back. Squeeze your inner thighs and butt as you straighten your legs to starting position, then repeat.
now all these things
do 12 reps and then 30 sec rest between each thing.
oh the pil`e one strenghthens your butt, quadriceps, hamstrings, and inner thighs..
the inner thigh things a plus
