Hi Guys,
I am interested in learning how a blog site like blogger or nomadlife works. I would like to replicate such a thing for people specifically in Kenya, East Africa. How can we do that?

The first question is what resources do you have at your disposal? Are you writing it in PHP? ASP? Are you using MySQL? Oracle? MS Access? Something else entirely?
