I want to learn how to make a gradient colorful blend like hers, I'm using Photoshop 7.0

Also, what is the font she used?

the font is close to the font: Medici Text

Make blend.
New layer.
Select gradient, apply gradient to new layer.
Set gradient layer to color, overlay or soft light. Hard light even. She probably used color.
Add picture on new layer (the regularly coloured one) and whatever other effects you'd like.
Save and upload.
