Photoshop is pretty expensive--you're looking at spending at least $600. You could buy older versions from eBay for less, or purchase from an academic site, but it's still a pretty hefty price tag.

Photoshop Elements, though, is a good, relatively inexpensive substitute. I use it myself, and find it adequate for most uses.

Well my brother has Photoshop CS, and I use his computer if I want to make graphics _smile.gif .. I have Picture It 7.0 on here lol .. which isn't great .. and also Paint Shop Pro 9 which is good.

I use Adobe Photoshop CS2. I had downloaded from my friend who was kind enough to share with me. He knows I'm so into graphic designing, so he was willing to share it with me. I have urged my father to get it for me though it is expensive as he recalls. O_O

I have PS 7.0 but personally I really like Photoshop CS2, I had it previously and it has many and new features to it.
