Well, i was curious in what other chikadees do while their kissing...maybe i might learn a bit.

I don't french kiss because I think it's a little messy and I've had bad experiences with it. I just kiss softly and it gets rougher as it progresses. Like, I'll bite his lip or suck on it and my hands ruffle his hair...then it gets past PG-13.
I haven't tried sucking yet.

Usually the bottom because it's fleshier but the top can be bit too. Just not too hard, try biting your own bottom lip to test it out. I made a guy bleed once

Sometimes I'll start off by biting on the lobe of his ear a little, then leave little kisses on his cheek towards the corner of his mouth. Then we kiss, where eventually the tongue comes into play.

usually they're just pecks on the lips, cheeks, forehead, ha! :D sometimes i suck on his bottom lip becuz he kinda has big lips

It's hard to give advice on how to actually french kiss someone...the best I can describe is that your tongue and their tongues are together, partly in each of your mouths, and are moving, touching each other...that's about as good as I can come up with right now. French kisses are NOT, and I repeat, NOT something that is polite to do in front of other people. It is very rude, because you will end up completely getting into it and it will more than likely make the other people around feel uncomfortable.

french kissing is a bet messy for me. too much saliva going all over the place but i kinda still like it O_o

I usually do that depending if the guy likes it or not. Meh, i usually do it anyway.

i sure hope it was consensual. 
My boyfriend and I have this silly thing to do when we're in public or simply in the company of each other. One of us would be the first to kiss the other's cheek and go "HAH! I win." and brag about it for the rest of the day.
When we're beyond that, I suck/hold onto his tongue, as a joke. And he'd be like "NNMMnnmmn!!!" :D Eventually I slowly let go.
