I received a invitation like few minutes ago to a 18th Birthday pary of my frd's this Saturday.............................

We've known each other eversince we were like 4 yrs old....

but I don't know her THAT well.... as in to know what she likes and stuff... i dun even know what her favourite colour is.......

we knew each other in pre-school..... & became friends

later on in life for the next 12-13 years.... we hardly saw each other coz we weren't in the same primary, high school & now not even in the same university...... we sometimes just go on family trips & have dinner together.... thats about it.....

to the main Q..... what would u get for a friend u don't know that well for their 18th..... for a girl?

i don't really want to get her alcohol & alcohol related products....... that would be too typical....

And well.......... *cough* I can't buy alcohol coz I'm not the legal age yet..... =.="..... few more weeks left though! AHA!

But yea....... kinda need some help....

I would get her some clothes.

maybe perfume? or a gift card. ask her friends what her favorite store is or something.

This is the month of the year which I my wallet gets drained so quickly coz there's so many frd's b'day in May......

Something nice & personal. Like a picture of two of you when you were younger since you guys knew each other since you were four. If you don't have pictures, give her a camera! & Say let's make new memories together. Haha. But then again you only want to spend under $20 .. Those cute mini snowglobes. Haha. Or a music box. If there's a Hallmark where you live, you can find a ton of cute stuff there. Especially if it's a sale, you get all of these nice looking things for a lesser price.
