depending on what program you have, she probably has those brushes on a new layer. and when you add the brushes to the layer you right click on the layer in the actions bar, and go down to stroke, and you can change the color the width and how everything is. it`s the same thing for fonts too.

but thats how it is for ps cs2 9. i ono if you have that.

^ That's exactly how it is. It's called stroke, which is under the blending options.

you can go get the trial version at adobe

I just haven't a clue on how to get to the blending options in psp. But I know it's there..

2) PUT THA BRUSH 0N THAT TRANSPARENT BG .

3) C0PY iT & CLiCk CTRL + E [WHiCH iS PASTE] 0N A NEW BG [N0T TRANSPARENT] DA C0L0R 0F DA SEC0ND BG SH0ULD BE THA C0L0R 0F THA 0UTLiNE Y0U WANNA MAKE UR BRUSH WiTH
