Well, you should probably out yourself in his shoes. How would you feel if you were talking to a guy you're just friends with and your boyfriend flips out or gets insanely jealous? Wouldn't you be frustrated that he's getting all worked up over something so innocent?

Jealousy causes unnecessary drama and rifts in your relationship if he's your boyfriend. In relationships, you need to have trust in one another. If you don't trust him, what's the point? Plus, if he gave you the title of his girlfriend, that means something. He's with you and chose you over the other girls. Those other girls aren't important enough to have the girlfriend title.

If he's just a crush or just someone you're dating nonexclusively then you really don't have any right to be jealous because the relationship isn't serious.

I was having this same exact problem...until I read Chii's post! Miraculous. =)
My Cinderella.
Its already in your character. Don't worry, I'm a jealous person as well. Well the first way you over come it. I agree with Chii though, think of a time where you'd like to hang out with YOUR guy friends sometime. Would you want your boyfriend to get suspicious over them?
This Confession
Could just be a part of your personality.
I use to be a very jealous person
but I also had trust issues as well.

I'm not saying you have a trust issue though,
but there isn't a way to overcome it unless you really want to.
and if you want to then you wouldn't be worried.
You should be happy your with him, and hes yours.
and no one elses and can't be.

Although hmm,
google helps i guess

Another good way is what This Confession said. It maybe that you're insecure about yourself or you have trouble trusting your boyfriend. So be positive, and know that nothing's going to happen between them and that he only has eyes for you. wink.gif

I get jealous all the time... here's how i do it:

talk about it! tell your boyfriend you're jealous, tell him you know you're being obnoxious... tell him why your being jealous, and why you're worried when he hangs out with his friends. I know i get jealous when guys talk about my sunshines awsome female figure >:|... i get like, " hey, thats mine!".. but really i shoudln't worry about it... :P... i just tell her all about it. she understands me, and doesnt let it get to her.... thank god XD... eventually you and you rboyfriend will smooth out your insecurities :) but only if you talk about it... :) just make sure h doesnt stop hanging out with those friends becuase you feel jealous.... that will make you feel bad, like your taking something away from him that he will miss. erf... just talk to him about it

Chii said it very well.

As stated before, put yourself in his shoes.
You have to think in the mindstate of a boy
or man. And try to imagine what he's
thinking when a girl gets suspicious.
Usually guys would be like "What the f**k,
I'm pissed." Yadda yadda. You wouldn't
want your boyfriend being all iffy with you.

I'm jealous at this moment. My girlfriend is at some birthday party at some hotel. This guy that use to like her took her there and I'm pretty pissed. I called her a few and times and yell (I know it's wrong) and stuff. Everytime I see her talking and laughing with guys, I get this feeling.
