I was curious how to shrink the width of the blog posts so that they only show up in the dark blue box. Thanks. :)

You need to be using the page layout style "Generator".

1. Login
2. http://www.livejournal.com/modify.bml
3. Under "Page Layout Style", choose "Generator" for all four boxes.
4. Submit
