okay... .. so for this project in english class i need to make an 'opinion page' for a debate on something from romeo and juliet. EX: 'Banishing of Romeo, was it fair?' Except..I can't think of anything . . and I can't use the example I used up there because that is the one the teacher told us. help is greatly appreciated!!!!!

You could use "Who should be blamed for Romeo's death?" because you could think of many people. (Friar, his parents, Mercutio, Tybalt, etc.)
