Yeah, there is a program,Adobe Photoshop. It lets you do lots of things to pictures and images and creating your own stuff. But... get it if you want to dish out 500 bucks for it or.. you can kazaa it.

d/p mean display pic.

photoshop. you basically use it to create graphics. or you can try with mspaint, although you would need to be pro with it.

you can use photoshop, paint shop pro, and for abstract graphics, cinema 4d, 3ds max, and bryce 6.
