how do you make link affect codes?

it dosent fade but it blurs. like it turns into squared substance. sample here. but i want it to be on the link when the mouse touches it.

?? your example doesn't show what you mean. all the links do is put a line through when you hover.

Do you mean like it mosaics when you mouseover? or like what happens to my links on my xanga? (http://www.xanga.com/fireshrieker)

Are you sure the one you're looking for isn't in Xanga Scripts? They're under "Hovers." There are a lot more than fades/glitter effects.

for that, i dont think there is a code, Its called animation, you can animate with adobe imageready, if you have it.
