I DOWNLOADED 2 BRUSHES FOR PSP BUT WHEN I TRY AND OPEN THEM IT SAYS IT CANNOT OPEN THEM. THE THING IS peachblush_splat2.abr

You import them (for PSP7&up I think).
File -> Import -> Custom Brushes (or something like that)

for PSP you need .jbr format, not .abr, .abr is for photoshop.

it does say jbr. but like it still says

But PSP8+ supports .abr files. You just have to import them. Look...

Well it may say splatters2.jbr but it's really .abr format... I tried chaning the extension to .jbr but it wouldn't work... anyhow I know the brushes your talking about cuz I got it from the same person. You can IM me here if u want them: CjxSwe3tsx4YoO
