I'm on the verge of taking anabolic enhancers/inhibitors/steroids if you will. They are all legal of course. That is, they are legal right now, but that doesn't mean they will be in the near future.

The reason I intend to do this because football season is around the corner and I'd like to bulk up to a nice healthy 180lbs of muscle by the first regular season game. This wouldn't be possible without the help of these anabolic goodies.

Has anybody else considered taking supplements? Does anyone take supplements of that nature? Or whey protein or anything like that? I drink protein shakes and eat the bars.

I don't think there's anything wrong with drinking protein shakes and eat the bars. If your trying to be a strong athlete, I wouldn't recommend taking anabolic enhancers. It's not cheating, but it's complex for me to explain. I don't take anabolic enhancers, I just work out.

Steroids are lipids, but I wouldn't recommend you using it anyway.

You can eat supplements 24/7 and work out. From my biology class, steroids will decrease your oxygen supply, you wouldn't want that when you need cellular respiration for ATP (energy).

I don't think there's anything wrong with drinking protein shakes or eating protein bars. I'm not sure they taste too good, but still, shouldn't be bad for you.

I honestly do not know much about anabolic anabolic enhancers/inhibitors/steroids but generally speaking, I'd say try to do what you can without having to take any of those. Eat lots of food that are high in protein and iron.
