How do u swallow pills?
Cuz I'm having a hard time swallowing them.

ive always had a problem with swallowing pills. If I have to take more than one, I have to do it one at a time. Try putting a little bit of water or whatever liquid ur using in your mouth, and then drop the pill in. then just shut your mouth and swallow normally. Cuz I tend to gag when a pill touches my tongue. I don't know why. But it helps it go down. :)

i can't do. never have been able to. doubt i ever will be able to.

I swallow pills, I put mine on my tongue and just swallow it with grape juice or something. I don't have trouble because I started to swallow pills at an early age.

I never had a problem swallowing pills.... Actually, come to think of it, I never had a problem eating anything. Imagine you're eating rice. It's what I do and it seems to work

I try to drop my pills as far into my mouth as it goes, then drink it down with water.

Same here. That's why I try to avoid getting sick.

I have the same problem too with larger pills and capsules (they are scary!)
I have just overcome small pills recently.

I use warm water to help me with the small pills but mannnn I still have a hard time with larger pills and capsules especially.

^ I can't swallow any pills at all, which is really depressing.
My doctor told me to "practise" swallowing Tictacs, but I couldn't manage it and gave up in the end.

My mom always gives me warm water when I take pills.

First, I take a few sips. Then I hold some water in my mouth, look towards the ceiling, drop the pill in my mouth and swallow. I try to swallow quickly, I hate it when it touches my tongue. I'm afraid it might not work if it does for some reason.

It took me forever to swallow pills.
My mom or dad used to chop them up into smaller pieces for me.
Now I just put them on the back of my tongue, drink water and swallow.
But then the it feels like I'm going to throw up for the rest of the day.

I take them with apple sauce... no other way I can swallow them.

It's hard for me to swallow them. :(

i have a hard time swallowing pills too. ]= just pop the pill in your mouth, take your mind off the pill, and start drinking water like crazy until you know its gone

I usually put it in the back of my mouth and then drink some water. As I'm swallowing the water, I also swallow the pill.

i do. i have a really horrible gag reflex. which is why i still use children's chewables!

If needed, I can swallow pills WITHOUT water

i put it on my tounge and then i drink water and then it goes down magically

if u can't swallow it don't take pills? take the liquid medicine.

i personally hate liquid medicine it tastes icky.

Just put the pill on your tongue and take a giant swig of water? They really need to make gummy pills or something, lol.

Somehow I just can't wash pills down even with lots of water... I just refuse to swallow, not on purpose either.

it took me awhile to be able to swallow them. now it's kinda easy i guess i just can't swallow anything too big or more than one at a time.

p.s. i practiced with altoids at first.
