^ Criss Angel is retarded. He's a glutton for punishment. And so not a real magician. David Blaine isn't British, he's from New York (go figure). He just did a big stunt in the UK a couple of years ago.


I think regular old fashioned card trick magic is a whole hell of a lot more effective than doing incredibly stupid things like live underwater, incased in ice, or in a tiny glass box.

anyway, i watched it last night and it showed his hand. it looked like he had died and they just picked up a hand off the bottom of the ocean.

i also laughed when he didnt accomplish it. i dont understand how living under water for 7 could help you hold your breath for 9 minutes.

david blaine's stunts are no where close to magic, just mind over matter. i dont even know why people call it magic because thats not what it is. his card tricks and other things are, but not his deadly stunts (if they can even be called that).

I think this breath thing was bulljive! He isn't even doing illusions anymore in these big specials. He is the biggest joke on magic since GOB Bluth.

I actually (stupidly) watched for the full 2 hours of his holding his breath underwater thing because I thought that he'd actually do it and I wanted it in my memories forever...it was kinda a waste of time for me, although I definitely couldn't hold my breath for as long as he did.
