When you see somebody from your school outisde school, and you don't want to talk to them, because either you couldn't be pissed or whatever, do you just try to avoid them, or do you be nice and enteract with them?

I'd probably say a few words of greetings to them, and move on.

I wave. Most of the time, I don't notice; I don't know why! I'll hear someone calling my name and I'll just dismiss it as my paranoia and then it'll get louder and then I'll realize it's someone from school and feel really embarrassed. And they're like, "Omg, you hate me!"
But if I see someone I know, unless they make eye contact with me first, I won't say anything. But if they do, I'll wave, so I don't seem standoffish.

Eh, I rarely see anyone from my school outside of school. But when I do, I usually either wave, nod "hi" or just say hi before I continue on my way.

I'm not fond of most of the people from my current school and my old high school so I just pretend I don't see them and look away.

When I do, I just say hi :D but then- it depends on how well I know them

i usually say hey. if i know them. if we are friends i will talk to them.

I either say hi or walk past them.

I'll try to see if that person sees me or not, if yes, usually I just smile friendly and wave; but if not, then I'll just walk on.

most of the time i wont even notice them until my little sister points them out. then i avoid them. & being the lucky person i am i always bump into them & i feel like a bitch after then i carry on a weird 2 minute conversation with them. (they all happen to be former school mates/teachers as well)

i almost NEVER see people i'm friends with... so i just kind of pretend i'm looking at some jeans or fruit or w.e.

only talk when they alk to me..if they do talk then i pretend im in a hurry or something (:

If he/she is a friend (or an acquaintance), I might just greet them with a smile or say hi.
If not, I can just ignore them.

Ugh, I hate seeing people out side of school. I see them enoughe evr damn day and i hate seeing them on the weekends. I just wave or something.

Just talk if they talk to me. Or just keep moving. *singings with Dory*
& of course if its someone I dislike, screw them.

I never really say hi to anyone anyway because I like to see if the other person would bother to say anything. I just walk straight past them.

its hard to say. gas prices to high, now i'm stuck at home. public transportation sucks here. i don't have good influencial friends here ------- and miss "her" a lot. SO in conclusion.. when i do go to the mall (by myself now) i just say hi to the people i know....

Say hi, ask if that's their mother/father/girlfriend/boyfriend/sister/brother that they're with, tell them I'll see them at school.

IT's awkward as hell when you see teachers outside of school though.

since i managed to make enemies out of all my "friends" from school, i simply open my mouth and go DURRRR!!!! STUPID!! every time i see them.

i did it today, actually. i was with my mom driving down main street and i saw my ex-bestfriend. and my window was open, he looked over (i was blasting the music)...and i just went AHHH DURRRR STUPIDDDD. and then we drove away.

it's fun.

and, after i graduated i saw the school librarian (i LIVED in the library) working at a restaurant (it was summer)...it was definitely awkward. i kind of just...avoided her as much as i could. mhm.

i ignore them completely.

If I know them, I'll say hi. Maybe talk with them. If I never talk with them at school, I ignore them.

idk, i don't even say anything. i remain antisocial unless people talk to me... or i'm online. so i really don't have any problems with it...

if im close to that person i say hi and sorta talk to them..and if i hate that person i might just ignore them or hide.....or if they say hi i say hi back..or if they c mee i say hi...

when i was in christmas tree shop one day with my mom, this was like in hmm 8th grade? yea 8th grade and we were gonig to the register, i see my technology teacher, md. d, and i start to hide from him. i walked right next to him,took a good look at him because i was looking at the baby, then i wakled as fast i could to my mom that was at the register, then i put my hood up and ducked down so he woundlt see me, then the next day at school, right when class started, he goes, hey melissa, have you shopped at christmas tree shop lately, and i turned SO RED!! it was embarrassing. he told the whole class about it. and they laughed because i didnt say hi to him at the store.

Maybe just wave and say hi. If I don't really know them, I would say nothing at all.

if there my friend and I was mad at them I would make short talk with the maybe a "hey how you doing" but thats about it.

If I'm like walking down an aisle in lets say... Walmart... I'll just turn around and walk the other way. Or, pretend like I dont see / recognize them if they're too close.

I wave and say a greeting, ask them how he/she doing. If it's someone I really don't like, I ignore him/her.
