Just in case you don't know what a Haiku is, it's common format consist of a poem that has 5 syllables in first line, 7 syllables the second, and 5 syllables the third. Here's an example one that I wrote a couple of months ago (it's longer, well it's not a Haiku, just a combination of three.):
Breaking Loose

Trembling silence
Fear of breaking the tether
My inwardness lives
Botheration kills
Cringing while venerating
Sluing in my pit
Binging fearfulness
Terminating hope, now gone
Accruing demise
