How come the tracker only tracks my own views, from when I edit my profile? No one else shows up...am I using the wrong URL? I input my VIEW PAGE URL...

I think this is great! I went ahead and hooked up myself up a couple of days ago. I'm not overly concerned about getting usernames, because the people I know, or want to see if they're checking in on me or what not - I know where abouts the live, so I can tell by the location.

Also, the geo thing rocks!

i'm using the myspace tracker. i love it, but i would love it more if i could know who is looking at it, because it says anonymous. that would be AMAZING if that could happen.

i have been using this site for bout 5 mins, and i find it to be very easy to use, but i have 1 simply question. I was looking at other peoples stats, and i noticed that they have a section called "Referral page", and then i go on my stats and i noticed that there is no section like that..... im in need of help, i am a newb at this, thanks

for the last time, the myspace tracker does NOT track usernames. i can add a workaround to make this work (using the signup ips + their myspaces) but myspace doesnt like that and previous trackers that tracked the usernames got banned.

the idea here is to have a working tracker thats also allowed by myspace. in the future, if myspace changes course, i will add this feature. in the mean time, please tell your friends. sharing is caring right? =)

jusun, i believe they were talking about referring new members, they just posted in the wrong thread.

simonlelo- the reason you dont have a referal page is because you havent referred anybody. refer to this topic to learn about it. once you have referred somebody, itll show up.

Maybe I am completely clueless, but can you use the Livejournal tracker if you are using the S2 style system?

the myspace tracker doesnt track usernames. please read the topic, its been answered many times. and all caps are considered shouting online. might want to change that habit. =)

im confused... does this track the people that come to your page or the people that read your blogs or what?? im so confused lol. i put one in my myspace page but i dont know what else to do now.

Oh man this thing is awesome. Used it to find out that someone (same person) was accessing my site every morning and it creeped me out so I put up xanga's non-xangan block. Then the IP registered a username and I blocked it. Turns out it was my mom. Thank you so much Micron. =)

For some reason all im getting on my myspace tracker is myself. it's saying i live in "Mt. Laurel, NJ", which, i clearly do not, as i am living in wrightstown, PA, and it is only tracking myself, when on my myspace home page there have been several page views today. (not by me). anyone know why?

with the location thing, mine has done the same thing. i dont know if it tracks where your ip is linked to because mine says a city that is about 20 mins away which is where my isp is located.

=) When you sign on to createblog.com there's a text menu. At the end of the menu it says Stats. If you just click that it should take you to them.

In regards to location: it may be where your computer was manifactured or last registered or something. One of my friends from town shows up in some town in Virgnia.

you guys say that you don't share codes and what not that violate the terms of service for myspace. but trackers violate the TOS.
i even recieved an email from myspace concerning your tracker. it was mentioned specifically.

may i ask why page 2 specifically because when i read it, it was just a bunch of "i know what i'm talking about and you're wrong" stuff, but rather the 1st page had more detail concerning this.

thanks for your concerns. for your info, no where in the tos does it explicitly state that trackers arent allowed. also, another fyi, cb's 'tracker' isnt a tracker (it doesnt track user information), its a statistics program that displays traffic information in an aggregate format. identifiable information is not gathered.

anyway, i replied to your thread. please, instead of jumping to conclusions, lets hear it from the mypace guys. because frankly, im not interested in what you think is allowed or not, im more interested in serving the community by giving them a better myspace experience.
