Where is all this anger coming from? I doubt you could have done anything at all to incite such rage from him. The things he says are along the lines of what my crazy ex told me but what Daniel says has so much more of a sting.

I think you need to stop trying to fix what is already broken. You can't just be saddened by what he said, there has to be come kind of rage inside you as well. You need to stand up for yourself Jane! Tell him that he doesn't deserve such a caring girlfriend and that YOU are the one who can't stand all this sh*t anymore (i know the first part is correct but if the latter is not true, don't say it I don't want to put words in your mouth).

This guy is just going to bring you down. He already seems to have sick control over you. He gets mad and you're the one who has to apologize for crap you didn't do. I've been through that. I thought I loved my crazy ex, I was always the one who tried to put everything back together. I finally grew a backbone and just left him for good. Things are a lot better for me now, I'm not as stressed, and I'm a lot happier.
