I'm afraid of the dentist, even more so than before because my tooth is broken and pieces have chipped off. I think it has a cavity too, I'm dreading my next dentist appointment. The tooth doesn't hurt but I have a feeling it will be pulled as soon as the dentist sees it

This needs to be moved, this isn't just for girls... I shall move it to health!

Even when I was younger, I was never afraid. I have an appointment on the 12th of May. I can't wait - I want to go because my teeth need to be fixed :D

yeah, I'm not really afraid of the dentist, just the idea of someone messing around in my mouth is kina disgusting. I mean, once I meet him and get to know him then I'm fine, it's just the first appointment that I'm worried about.

Not at all, I like my dentist. I never understood why people were afraid of dentists.

Only a little. Just scared if he finds something wrong and I'll have to wear braces or something.

dun worry abt it. it's all fine. if the worst comes to the worst you'll have an injection and you won't feel a thing :D

But, now i think of it, its <b>not</b> the dentist's fault kinda, i just HATE the stuff them brush over your teeth after they finish cleaning them.

i..love the dentist. love it, love it, love it. idk why. it feels good to get reallllllllly fresh teeth after i leave. plus, they have mini plasma screen tvs with satelite at my dentist and they give me free personalized toothbrushes, toothpaste, cinnamon floss, and whitening strips.

i used to be afraid of the dentist when i got my tooth pulled out at age 6. now, i'm not.

but i do hate my orthodontist. everytime i get my braces tightened, my teeth hurt like crazy for a day or two.

Actually, I'm neutral. I don't LOVE going to the dentist, but I don't hate it either.

I am scared, yes. The metal and the taste and sound and smell of the objects and liquids and tools. No. I've bitten, squirmed, closed my eyes shut while someone had their hands in my mouth, wanted to warn them that I have a very sensitive gag reflex, and that I'll soon pass out or cry!
I've not done the latter. Yet.

i don`t hyperventilate or anything, but as soon as i sit on that chair, i start to get little nervous.

i absolutely hate those cleaning tools they use and the sounds that they make. ugh. they give me goosebumps.

ive gotten 2 root canals [all on the same tooth] and didnt but now i DO because i have a shitty dentist. hurts to where i want to punch him in the face for trying to scrape things off

I just had to get a VERY tiny cavity filled today. I wanted to warn him that I mgiht hyperventilate, but I didn't get the chacne. So when he was sticking me with the anesthestic.. whatever else it was, I started to breathe really fastand hard. I had laughing gas on my nose and everything and I was like going insane. The dentist was like "breathe slower, stop breathing so fast, your breathing like a freight train." Yea, it was intense but after that I guess it was okay, bad part over.

I'm not afraid, I just don't like the dentist. It's not bad, I just hate people all up in my mouth like that. hahaha

i hate going to the dentist, not because of the actual dentist but the dentists little helper lady. she's so damn rough with me, she treats the dental floss like a saw on my gums

I hate the f**king drills. One of the stupid bitches who worked at the dentist cut my lip with it.
