eh..., yea I wonder that too. Tony told me it's becuase of the engine, the speed, the overall look (SOMETIMES) and whatever you can put on it to pump it up so it looks bad-arse, but it doens't look overdone. Oh yea, and of course the rims.

Oh yea, and i came up with this theory: If a guy (who loves cars) seems a friend/relative/someone on a show doing a trick with their car, they gotta try it sometime in their life, even if it's life threatening lol.

here are some tricks Tony wants to do:

1. Drive with one leg and the rest of his body hanging outside the window or with the ret of his body sitting on top of the car

2. The Hand-Brake U-turn trick where you put put down the hand-brake or whatever and then turn your car all the way around (hence the U-turn) using the front wheens of your car or something like that (yes, I'm confused too lol)

3. let go of the wheel of the car while drift-racing and SLOWLY opening a box of cigarettes and slowly trying to light it up and finally TURNING at the last moment.

I have been a fan of modifying since I was little, started off with the lego toys, I buy the kits, but I add a few parts to make it look better, as I grow older I buy Gundam models, etc.

Oh when I mean modifying I don't modify Jap cars, that's too easy, I want to work on Euro cars and Japanese Muscles...

I'm not the type of guy that would prefer car too much. I prefer a car as a sort of transportation. However, I think guys love cars because they probably thinks it a better toys like when they play when they were little I guess. But mainly, I think they are just trying to show off. Cars and their uses are costly though. But of course if you got money, then a car is nice.

Girls - Clothes, Make up, shoes, body
Boys - turbos, rims, intake , eshuast, body KITS

girls spend money on making them self good while boys spend money on making there car look good.

Its not only guys and cars, im a girl and i love cars.because yeah the speed, they look nice, and its something you control.

It's fun and status symbol as well. (Just like in china with the cell phones). Ever been in a fast car on a free way at 2 AM with a friend or yur dad/mom flooring it going to 130mph?! If you have, chances are it was kinda exciting. That's the whole point. I have a friend who street races, in a custom VW Golf, and slides around corners, even does a 180 donut when coming outta parking, and it's really fun. I don't know, probably not something for everyone. And it's completely customizable hobbie...unliek collecting stamps >.<

I'm a girl, and I think cars are awesome. My dad always drives really fast, and it's so FUN when we drove through very swervy (sp?) roads over vacation one year! Going at such speeds just gets me exicted!
Also, some of the car designs are cool. When I grow up, I want to get either a ferrari, or... well, I don't know since it's gonna be a couple years till I get to drive (and some new awesome models can come out by that time). I really like ferraris though. They look nice in their signature red color
