I've recently become a vegetarian. I usually eat two meals a day (maybe some fruit in between). My breakfast usually consists of a whole wheat bagel or some oatmeal along with an equate supplement drink. My dinners have consisted of some sort of pasta meal along with salad.
Now i've been having problems with coming up with dinner ideals. I don't want to be eating all that pasta, not because I don't like it, because I know its high in carbs and all that and i'll start to add weight.
Anybody have any easy vegetarian dinner suggestions?

I was a vegetarian for about eight years (Vegan for four of those years) and I always had a hard time coming up with something new and interesting to eat for dinner.
My advice? Go international. For example, buy rice noodles and make Pad Thai (without the meat). There are several different sauces at most grocery markets that would suffice without you having to put forth too much effort. Try to keep things interesting and different. Tofu is fabulous and comes in a variety of flavors now. It's also quick to prepare and can be a feasible meat substitute in a lot of dishes. There are also a lot of vegetarian friendly foods like Tofu Dogs, Veggie Burgers, ect that will most likely be near the deli section of your grocery store.
Also, what I found fun was to buy a cheap Vegetarian cook book. There are so many ideas and suggestions I would have never dreamed up, myself.
Please just keep in mind, that when you stop eating meat, you stop getting a lot of protein. Try to eat things like nuts when you snack since they are full of protein. Edamame also makes for a wonderful snack.
I found a few related topics here that you might find worthwhile as well.

My friend has been vegan for about 4 months.
Really though, it's a lot of limits.
Since you're only vegetarian, eat pizza, make sandwiches. There is this ice cream that's like, tofu ice cream. Salads are good. Try it with fruit on it, heh.

I've been a vegetarian for 3 or 4 years now, so I know how you feel. At first it was really hard for me, but I found that eating a wide variety of food can make you happy. =) And take any dish and substitute the meat with tofu or TVP-type things.

I have a few friends that are vegan, so most of the time, I eat vegan.
But, even being a vegetarian, it can be hard to find foods to eat.
The internet's a great way to find recipies.

Only two meals?
Well, in lots of recipes you can always substitute the meat for a strong vegetable, like portabello mushrooms.
