And that it'd be helpful if we knew what she SPECIFICALLY needs help with. If it's everything, then one of those tutorials is her best bet. It would also help to know what program she's using. There's a lot of FTP programs.

also use smart ftp tutorials provided by smart ftp.
i learned it a few days ago in a few seconds.
