You probably need a website linked in your profile.

And in your modify journal page you need to be using Generator as your page layout style. This is also explained in the thread I linked you to. That should get the layout working.

I had the same problem, and I'm nineteen. It said that someone that was underage signed up with the same IP address. It's odd.

so...i suppose that because this is resolved...although, not in a way i expected, this can be closed.
