hey i need help on how this person made this. can someone help?
-red grids
-swirls (seem to be doubled or something)

Just use the brush twice. Make 2 new layers and put the red swirl on one and put the silver swirl a little offset to the red one on a new layer. The grids are just brushes, you can get similar ones here.
