Lohan the One for WONDER WOMAN?I honestly say NO. For me, I can see alot of things going haywire casting her for the role. Some positive, but mostly negative.
What about you guys?

I honestly love Lindsay Lohan but I can't see her as Wonder Woman, she's too young for the part. Besides, I don't want to see her beating the crap out of people and having cheesy one liners like the characters in the Fantastic Four.

I read about this earlier today from another site. Lindsay Lohan's dumb and too young for the part. She doesn't fit it at all....

I was discussing this (well, it was really a b*tch fest) with another forum group. I think Joss Whedon would back out, or take a major back seat to the film. He's also said that he wants an unknown for the role.

I agree. I am a huge fan of Lindsay Lohan but super woman just isn't a good role for her.

ah yes, i read this a few days ago. i think that lindsay isn't mature enough for the role although i think that in a way she looks "right" for wonder woman. and i think she kind of resembles lynda carter, just slightly.

^ She only looks like Wonder Woman because her hair is dark.
I'd rather see someone like Charlize Theron or Angelina Jolie play Wonder Woman, someone who's a bit more mature, like Chii said. Oooh, Rachel McAdams would be great if they were going for a slightly younger Wonder Woman.

Alright, I've been trying to suppress the comic book geek in me but alas, I cannot.
Wonder Woman is a Greek (goddess at one point). While I think Rachel McAdams is adorable and is a talented actress, she doesn't work. She could work as Donna Troy (WW's "sister" so to speak), although I've always imagined Charisma Carpenter (Cordelia from Buffy the Vampire Slayer) in that role. Angelina Jolie was a popular pick amongst WW comic book fans and she does have the exotic quality necessary for the role, I'm just not so sure she fits either. My pick has always been Monica Belucci (not sure how many of you know her, she played "Persephone" in Matrix 2 and 3) and it's never wavered. Granted, she's probably considered too old for the role now, but she has that Mediterranean aspect to her and this subtle sexuality that I think would be amazing.
*sighs*
My favorite man Joss Whedon is directing, so I'm holding out hope for this film since Superman Returns has done nothing but repulse me.

Lindsey as wonder woman?
What has film come to?
No casting director in their right mind would cast her as Wonder Woman.
I would like a more unknown actress to play the part,
an 'A list' actress could easily carry baggage into that role.
Mature, sexy, and one that would fit the role 'woman'.
Lindsey is still a teen now, she's what...19?
The movies she does now work for her the best,
although i understand that she wants to be taken more seriously and get out of roles in films like "herby reloaded" or whatever it was called.
But still....wonder woman?
no.

oh, yea. i read something like that saying she doesnt want to be a "kids/early teen" idol, and taht she wants to try something sexier. no offence to her..but, shes already done the kids stuff, people are used to it. theres no way her career is gonna get any better.

I'm trying to find roles right now that are different to anything I've done to show my abilities, to show that I have some sort of stretch in me. Because most of the things that I've done so far are aimed at younger girls and are light-hearted," she recently told OK! magazine. -Lindsay Lohan
wonder women isnt aimed at younger girls? it seems like it would be a kids movie. i dont want her to play it. ive seen her face too many times a day they should cast someone no one knows.

I think Jessica Biel would make a good Wonder Woman. But that's just me.
