vasrsity? not that many freshman go into varsity their first year unless theyre realllly good on the sport they do. it would depend on what sport youre trying out for. maybe you can tell us.. huh.gif and then that way, we can suggest condition and workout habbits.

I will be playing football and basketball. I've been practicing with by vert leap for basketball and now i can dunk while im still 5'5. For football i've been practicing on speed and strength.

ask your middle school coach about whether or not he thinks youll make it. no offence..but being 5'5 could make the hs coach say no.

also, talk to your future hs coach so he can get to know you. ask him to watch you during practices or something and get his opinon on what he thinks what team you should be on.

It will be hard for football especially since your 5'5. You might just have to wait to get taller.
Lifting is really important also.

I went varsity for wrestling and I'm a freshman, so it's not impossible,
since your not in high school you should start training to get into shape. You got to outshine everyone when your trying out. Just keep working out and doing your best.

and for football you should start lifting but I don't think it matter about height. I recommend running a lot.

and wow you can dunk and your only 5'5, I'm only 5'3 and I can barely touch the net yet again I have no hops pinch.gif
