I was looking through some topics and there was one about cursors and throughout the replies, someone said you could make a cursor in photoshop. Can someone kinda give me more details about it? Cause I don't wanna download a program. Thank you.

I'm sure there's better, but that one functions.

You can't make normal like xanga etc cursors. You can make windows icons. ico and .cur cursors. Not .ani . So if you make one it can't be animated.

if u want animated cursors IconArt is the way to go
