what was your first real cd that you bought, that you still listen to today? i rememer feeling all self satisfied when i bought 'jagged little pill' by alanis morisette.

and i wonder why apply undue amounts of angst to everyday situations...

the first cd i ever bought was the second spice girls. i was so excited back then because they were my favorite group. occasionally, ill listen to them on my ipod. its not really considered grown up music though. but my third cd was celion dion. haha.

i havent bought one yet, damn. I just stream/download & listen to music on the radio. Most of the CDs I have were bought by my brother. wait what the heck,
I bought the Final Fantasy X soundtrack today at suncoast. nvm.

The first CD I ever bought was Britney Spears. And I don't even listen to it.

Mine was a Rage Against the Machine album. I think it was The Battle of Los Angeles. I still listen to RatM a lot, but Rage Against the Machine and Evil Empire are better albums.

Of course, before that, I bought a lot of tapes. The Offspring's Smash or Pearl Jam's Ten leap out at me as the first ones I bought. (Although there is a disparity in their release days of about three years, I did actually buy them at roughly the same time.)

My first cd shall remain nameless. The first cd that I bought and still listen to today is my Operation Ivy, "Energy" cd.

Haha, same here. Hm, I don't but much CD's. I don't have one that I listen to that much.. Just ocasionally. I don't think I have a 'grown up' CD just yet..

I'm going to be completely honest here. The first CD I bought for myself was a Spice Girls album, and yes, I still listen to it. THAT'S RIGHT! I'm not ashamed!

I still bust it out & blare it. Reminds me of all the fun I use to have back in grade 7. ^_^

Nevermind by Nirvana was the first cd I bough and still listen too.

i don't remeber the first cd i bought..but back then i was in love with the Backstreet Boys songs. ..i also liked the AQUA songs.

One of the Backstreet Boys CD's...either that or a Spice Girls one (I totally lost the actual CD portion of that part because I listened to it so often!). I don't necessarily take out these CD's to listen to today but I still love the songs.

yeah, i think mine was like backstreet boys too, or britney spears. back in the "poppy" days. woah. i've changed sooo much since then.

I still listen to it a lot. I bought a The Clash cd soon thereafter as well as Janes Addiction's "Nothing's Shocking."
