What BM bands are worth listening to now? Usually I look for a song that fast and have melodic riffs and mind blowing solos, I find that in alot of BM death Metal and thrash along with regular metal

I actually haven't checked them out yet, but if they're anything like DragonForce, I probably won't like them.

Helloween is one of the only power metal bands I like.

probably something we'll agree in haha yeah Helloween is one hell of a Power Metal band, maybe one of the better ones out there. for Progressive Metal I think either Symphony X or Dream Theater would fit in John Petrucci is the sht. Michael Romeo is good as well.

Ehh, standard black metal is okay. I'd say Taake is the only band worth really listening to.
