Needing help with brushes. I have photoshop

1) [Click] Where do you get all those brushes?

Some of them look like from peach-blush. The site is closed now. But u can take the pictures and turn them into brushes.

I already know how to turn pictures into brushes. I just wanna know like where I could get that splotch looking brush. Like, that little orange splat right above the word "Fresh"
