There is this teacher, this English teacher
That gives out essays and work
I work and work and work and work’
There really is no perk
Do this! Do that! Write this! Write that!
Oh I wish I could just hit him with a bat!

i wrote this poem after my 4 period class, English(god i hate that class!)
i was feeling very mad against poetry because
i didn't understand it the way this teacher was teaching it
i felt so confused and frustrated ....

and i've never had thechance to read that poem. ive been wanting to but im just to busy

now i understand what my book meant when it said how can you practice your craft if you dont know it.

we all need to read the elders poetry..
me especially.
