First off, Avenged Sevenfold...eh, nevermind.

Basically, you need to have some natural curl in your hair, and it has to be long. If you don't have a competent stylist that you can't take that picture to, go find one.

Get the cut. It's going to either look droopy when not gelled, or shaggy. So get used to buying product.

Hair wax, moldable gel, things like that will be your friend, and you're going to buy a lot of it.

just take the picture to your hairdresser, they can advise you

"scene" hair. the back is shorter than the top, sides, and front. you use some gel or pomade to mess the back up like you just got out of bed. and if your hair isn't naturally straight, straighten the rest of it.
