Both. Never more than two tampons a day. You should always use at least one pad a day. Well that's what is written on my tampons box ^^. I'm always scared of getting that disease you can have with tampons.

lol pads most of the time...I feel to insecure when I wear a tampon...like something could go horribly wrong in so many ways at any time...so pads are fine with me.
Sephora.
I still use pads. They feel more comfortable for me. XD.gif
brokenxwingsx
Tampons. I avoid pads at ALLLL costs. I don't even sleep in them. But I sleep for only 7 hours, so I can wear a tampon to bed.

Lament

Rachel

And tampons are the only way to go. God, pads are awful.
devaani
I use tampons. Tampax Pearl to be exact.

They're not un-confortable. &Plus I have a heavy period so I really have no choice.

Tampons by Playtex

My friend told me that her dad (who is a doctor) said that Tampax Pearl tampons give you TSS more easily x_X I'm not sure if this is true or not, but it scared me to death.

Playtex is the most comfortable, anyways. ^_^

and I agree, PADS ARE HORRIBLE X_X
devaani
Oh God. ^

You're scaring me.
TEEEZY
Pads. _smile.gif I only use tampons if I need to.

tampons are the way to go.
foreverNalways
I prefer tampons.. you can't even feel them.
RAWRstephishere
i wear pads normally.

first time i tried a tampon, i couldnt find the hole. >.<

second and third time was okay, but it was uncomfortable, and when ever i moved it slipped out a little bit, and hurt when you sat. so i had to keep moving in my seat to get comfortable.

Actually if you put them in right you cant even feel that its there!

I use tampons but there not good for you because you can TSS and the whole point of your period is that its cleaning your body out and its not all coming out when you use a tampon its just plugging it up till it stops

But I dont like pads cuz they feel mad nasty

whats TSS?

it's short for toxic shock syndrome. it's caused by toxins in the bloodstream and can be very serious. many people associate TSS with using tampons because that's how over 1/2 the cases are caused; by people leaving their tampons in too long, or something else. it's quite rare though.

QUOTE
The signs and symptoms of TSS include:
high fever (greater than 102° Fahrenheit [38.8° Celsius])
rapid drop in blood pressure (with lightheadedness or fainting)
sunburn-like rash on the entire body
vomiting and diarrhea
severe muscle aches or weakness
bright red coloring of the eyes, throat, and vagina
headache, confusion, disorientation, or seizures
kidney and other organ failure

and i use pads... haha i had the same experience as RAWRstephishere, i couldn't find the hole the first time pinch.gif i'll admit, they're way more comfortable than pads, but i think i was kind of scarred by the whole putting them in and then taking them out experience.
lollypop036
hobo's use tissue
sharpieattack
i use pads, cause i'm a noob at putting in tampons.
oRe0_c00KiE_cAkE

i PREFER PADS N THiS iS AFTER i TRiED A TAMPON. MAN DAT THiNG HURT LiKE A MOTHER!

*Its probably because you didnt put it in far enough becuase if you dont it hurts really bad pinch.gif
*Anyway i use tampons becuse they are WAY more confertable then pads because when i use pads i fell like im wearing a diper and im always fell like im going to leak.
NgocQuyen
i use pans and tampons, it just depends on what mood i'm in. most of the time i wear pads though, but when i'm in the need to go swimming or something of course i must use tampons.
mytangerine
pads=no. tampons=yes. i feel way more comfortable wearing a tampon than a pad. & for all of you people that are like "ooh, scary, ouch painful" etc; get over it, you'll end up using them eventually. mellow.gif
EmoEyelinerx
tampons
Fluid
I'd say tampon.
But i don't have a period anymore, due to the fact i'm on a pill injection thing =I
kalamela2008
Pads. Haven't tried tampons. They look uncomfortable and aggravating, but that's just me.
ashleybby
i think pads are pretty gross and i dont ever use them, only when i sleep i use them
i always use tampons. they are not uncomfortable. i actually cant even tell they are there.
aha
stephinika
I normally use tampons, but on really light days, I just use those tiny pads so they don't feel so bad. And of course, I wear pads to bed, but otherwise, tampons are just easier to deal with and much more comfortable.
Xo0oXKeaKeaXo0oX
In my opinion, pads are absolutely disgusting unless you're sleeping, an extremely heavy bleeder, or are wearing it just in case the tampon leaks. Just pads alone makes me feel kind of sick, you can feel the blood like drip out and you're basically sitting on it. Tampons, you don't even feel them. It's not comfortable the first time but after that it's a piece of cake.
Narcotic
I like tampons better
&& use them more often
cause I feel icky when I wear pads
Theyre pretty nasty
NHSblondie
I use tampons. i used to use pads but they were uncomfortable.. i was kinda scared to use tampons but now there all i use! For those of you who are scared you shouldn't be .. if you put them in right you dont feel them at all..
RyanWasHere
I have a question I've been meaning to ask for a long time, why are so many girls afraid to use tampons?
